Decentralized Soil Lab & Data Intelligence Hub
The Decentralized Soil Lab & Data Intelligence Hub is a mobile, community-embedded precision agriculture initiative designed to bring farm-level soil testing and data-driven input recommendations directly to smallholder farmers.
Instead of generic fertilizer use, the hub provides portable soil analysis, tailored nutrient guidance, and ongoing advisory support through a motorbike-based field model. The first pilot node will launch in Mirab Abaya, serving clustered farming communities with affordable, service-based soil intelligence.
This initiative lays the foundation for a scalable rural data network that improves productivity, reduces input waste, and strengthens decision-making across the agricultural value chain.
