For families like Frehiwot’s, collecting clean water is only part of the journey. Without safe storage and good hygiene at home, water can become contaminated before it reaches a child’s cup, increasing the risk of preventable illness.
Clean water is only safe if it stays safe until a child drinks it.
Through its water, sanitation and hygiene work, World Vision Ethiopia helps children and families build safer hygiene practices at home. Your donation provides 10 families with the basic clean water and hygiene supplies, including jerrycans or storage containers, body soap, laundry soap, water purification tablets/filters, and a hygiene information card.
